I'm a broker and there aren't many insurers that will touch EPS for residential or commercial strata buildings. Only 1 that comes to mind, maybe one or two others if EPS% is small. EPS use should be limited to commercial cool rooms for refrigeration only, not for residential homes. I've watched a simulated controlled "house fire" made of EPS and it burns hot, fast and toxic. It's the modern day asbestos. Oh no!
