Most architects/draftsperson only use a select few builders for tender, and they tend to be small ones with minimal/no online presence, and the tender may not be as competitive as what they otherwise may be.
So is there a source/site where one can reach out to a few more builders who can build custom homes (and cost effectively)? Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance. as far as I'm aware, there is no one stop shop to shop your design around. Building custom homes is not cheap, nor is the process to shop your design around user friendly. Its why Volume builders do as well as they do - they simplify the process for the average consumer.. If youre shopping a design around, youre going to have to do the legwork.
