A negative patient outcome one might say. there's another thread they talk about running an IT company....while its not unfathomable to be a doctor that run an IT company, Im kind of getting a clear picture of what sort of person this is. Dark matter scientist, can breathe underwater, mind reader and can freeze matter just by willing it. Trust me, its in my sig. Re: Million dollar home in Perth 65Sep 23, 2021 10:08 pm Uh oh. Sorry folks .. been a bit busy.. so here I am the loser Tnuc, the doctor with the lost patient and the sad millionaire. Well first of all I am not a doctor, as someone else pointed out , I run an IT company. The doctor comment was a joke in reply to one of the replies here. Secondly to the person who reckons I am a loser Tnuc.. well bud I apologise if I did something to earn such accolades from you but I would like to consider myself not a Tnuc.. well to each his own opinions and all that. Thirdly, there is no Anna designer in Riverstone.. what you read online is not what is always true, may have been at some point and the website or your online source has not been updated, current inhouse designer is Nadia De Cerff, she is on instagram as well and does one hell of a job for such a young lady. Lastly I started the thread to try and help out others, you are welcome to disagree with my comments or post what you want as long as it does not impact my build. But conversely I think I shall beg everyone to let me have a rant if it calls for it ., I did start the thread after all.. don't like it ..move on or don't and keep posting.. does not really matter. Now..to the non trollers and anyone genuinely interested in a custom builder.. I cannot fault Riverstone so far, barring as I said the 60k. I go on site once a week if I can manage that, brickworks for ground floor started a week before schedule and the two dudes doing the work are absolute legends. This is a first build so I have nothing to compare to but I have seen some examples of bad work on the sh*nky builders FB group and let me tell you.. these two are artists. Having said that..early days yet. Things may well go South. I shall try and post whenever I can. I think this is the only post anywhere online of a Riverstone build. So positive or negative I shall post through. But so far it has been great. Re: Million dollar home in Perth 66Sep 23, 2021 10:11 pm Noname I'm a bit disappointed this loser hasn't bitten back. Must be doing more important things, cos you know, rich people don't use the internet much (though that's apparently changing). Here you go mate.. the loser is biting back. Not sure why I am a loser but if by biting back you mean replying.. there you go young man/lady.. I have replied. Re: Million dollar home in Perth 67Sep 23, 2021 11:01 pm May I also state given such deeply involved comments .. Riverstone is a very small company, very small concurrent client base, Friday meetings every week for all projects, some under construction, some under design..so cross checking a client is not difficult. If anyone is engaging and wants particular details please pm me your name and I shall be very happy to help you out at each stage and pass on my learnings as I go through it. I did take the trouble to make a detailed post but will not be posting anymore details. I shall post the overall outcome at each stage. I do not know everyone who works there but I know the people who interact with the clients.. I may be wrong though.. I am known for that Re: Million dollar home in Perth 71Sep 24, 2021 12:42 am I think that's what has made people curious. You made it sound like you know everything about Riverstone, everyone who works there, their processes etc. When ASX asked some pretty simple questions you shut her down, even insinuating that she made up a fake design consultant. I'm sure the company isn't going to tell you about all their clients and prospective clients. If I was building with them I wouldn't be pleased if they were telling everyone about my project. You have provided some good information that I'm sure would have been helpful to others, but you seemed to go off the rails when you started getting stuck into ASX for no real reason. All the best with your build. Riverstone will not disclose plans but they will definitely tell me if it is an active client. Well asxgirl why don't you send me your details on a pm and I shall walk you through everything if you are genuine. If I had found a post like mine I would have been on the pm from the get go. Re: Million dollar home in Perth 73Sep 24, 2021 1:08 am shaidas Nah Asx can still give me his/her name mate if not publicly then privately ..whats stopping her/him ? Well asxgirl why don't you send me your details on a pm and I shall walk you through everything if you are genuine. If I had found a post like mine I would have been on the pm from the get go. I don't expect ASX to PM you after you called them a scammer. You accused them of ly-ing (why can't you say that word) about them having a design consultant called Anna. I hope you are prepared to apologise is there is infact a designer and sales consultant called Anna there. And again I wonder why Riverstone would be giving you details of clients both active or prospective. Once you are into multimillion dollar homes often people don't want that sort of information released to all and sundry. I've got no skin in this discussion so I'll bow out. Good luck Accessible Carpentry & Cabinets accessiblecarpentry@gmail.com accessiblecarpentry.com.au https://www.facebook.com/pages/Accessible-Carpentry-Cabinets/583314911709039 Re: Million dollar home in Perth 74Sep 24, 2021 9:26 am Builders and their digital marketing agencies monitor social media forums closely and often post anoymously to 'manage' online perceptions and reputations. It seems odd to me that shaidas has not met or engaged with someone who is presented online as the company's lead design consultant, marketing manager, and a family member owner in the process of building a $1m home with them? Re: Million dollar home in Perth 75Sep 24, 2021 11:13 am Hmm.. could well be true but I can pretty much guarantee that smaller companies do not have the resources to achieve what you are suggesting. Brian Burke Homes, Riverstone, West Style and the few others I had shortlisted are all small companies. I have never met or heard of Anna Pearce as surprising as it may seem to you. If you are suggesting that I am somehow engaged by Riverstone to trumpet their build quality then maybe you have not read the whole post. I have mentioned this before and I shall do it again, this thread was started to give people like me a reference point since there is no build log of any of these builders online. Chippy I have called Asxgirl a liar and a scammer and I stick by it though would be very happy to be proven wrong and sincerely apologise if I am wrong. No one is always correct, I know I am certainly not. So lets see if I hear back. Re: Million dollar home in Perth 76Sep 24, 2021 2:20 pm shaidas ..... No one is always correct, I know I am certainly not. So lets see if I hear back. So shaidas did you confirm if Anna Pearce works at Riverstone. You said you were going to make the call this morning? How is ASX a scammer? How is she scamming anyone asking questions? Their story seemed legitimate to me, more so if Anna the person she said is her consultant actually works at Riverstone. As I said I don't care really, I'm just fascinated as too the reasoning behind the devolution of your discussion with ASX. It just seemed to go south so quickly and for no real apparent reason. Re: Million dollar home in Perth 79Sep 24, 2021 8:59 pm Noname Absolutely no self awareness... I would hate to work for this guy. I feel sorry for their employees, if they have any.... I’ve just joined this forum having recently signed the contract on a KDR. I didn’t join to troll, just with the hope of picking up some useful information from others in similar circumstances. But this thread is outrageous. I think old mate has a personality disorder. Such a distrust of people, playing the victim. What a way to live. LOL..Doctor I.T if you find yourself in a hole, stop digging! Brian Burke Homes is a small company? You seem to be an expert at pulling things outta your a$$ If I had a million $ +, I’d want Brian Burke to build my house but me thinks they probably told you to F right off with your “smartness”. I did read somewhere that they build homes over $2 million so yeh.. We already paid for somfy motors for the blinds. The quote above was purely for “pre-wiring” so the blinds company can install the motors and blinds. That’s why we… 5 17478 1 5018 1 2845 |
