Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 14, 2018 1:07 pm Hi guys, I have been getting quotes around $3500 - $4000 for drafting and obtaining the building permit in Whittlesea Council (Victoria) for the following: - Installation of a portable spa (Vortex Spa already purchased, delivery pending on house construction to finish) on a backyard. - Construction (DIY) of a composite decking at the porch of the house. - Construction (DIY) of a Verandah attached to the alfresco. I'm quite surprised with the cost... Any tips/recommendations ??? Previous experiences???
