Ok so here is a stupid situation. Im building on a heavily sloping block near coffs harbour with integrity homes. Due to bank hold up and a couple of errors, its taken forever to get my finances sorted. About 6 months. So as of last week i had finance done and ready to go. This morning, my builder has had a price review and then came back stating the payment schedule was not workable as they would need 30% for site costs. Not 6 weeks ago, stg asked them to change their schedule, which they did, but now its an issue. Has anyonehad this happen and whats the chances of stg agreeing?

With SC3, I won't be happy about the wording of 'at any time'. Wouldn't the builder be able to 'lock-in' all materials when they run the orders before they start the job…
