Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 14, 2021 1:20 pm Hi All, I have purchased land and in the process of building (yet to commence), but in the meantime, I have been asked by my local council that when I move into my house, I will need to plant 1 x tree 2m x 2m in my front yard. As my front yard is only 4 meters in depth (from front fence to front door) and 10 meters wide I personally think this will be too big for such a small area. What do you guys think? Thank you for any advice you can provide. Re: Planting Tree in Front of Home 2Jul 14, 2021 3:03 pm Most councils have similar rules. Some of them even specify what pieces you need to plant.
