Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Apr 13, 2021 9:24 pm Hi Has anyone purchased a ready built home from Allam. You need to pay only 10% initially and pay the full balance after home is built and ready to move in. We have seen a home being built - skeleton structure is in place. we need to exchange contracts in 2 weeks and pay 10%. Home due to be completed in October 21 Please give me some information about builder - and their ready to build homes. Thanks Re: Buying a Ready Built home from Allam Homes 3Apr 14, 2021 4:12 pm I am ok with it as I can get some inspections done independently along the way as opposed to a fully built home. I believe it's one that came back to the market from a previous land release stage. Very difficult to find registered land in Hunter, Maitland area now. Re: Buying a Ready Built home from Allam Homes 4Nov 14, 2021 7:00 pm Does anyone know how colour selection works (are you able to (1) choose internal colours, (2) choose colour packs or (3) these are fixed and cannot be changed), and whether there is an option to do things after handover (e.g. flooring)? Use a product like Equisol's Vitalise to clean the deck then coat with a penetrating timber oil. It will look 10 years younger and add value to your home. Visit for… 1 15870 I haven’t.
