Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry Re: Bathroom Wall Panels Ideas? 6Apr 09, 2021 11:56 am Althom lazy Hi. I am renovating old house. Currently in bathroom/toilet I have bare hardwood timber frames only, so my options are endless. Sort of. Usual way: install cement sheets, and than use tiles or big plastic sheets like these: https://www.bunnings.com.au/bellessi-30 ... n_p0026682 Problem: this kind of plastic sheet has different internal and external (surface) plastics. So big scratch will be really visible. Second problem: with this plastic I need two layers of sheets, first cement, second plastic. Just plastic does not do because it is too thin and would be too weak/flexible. Tiles are labour-expensive and have too many joints, need hard washing. Ideal panels for walls in bathroom from my point of view: thick plastic, wholly made from same colour material. It can be installed direct on timber frames and scratches are not seen, because inside and outside it made from plastic same colour. Question: does anyone has any information about panels like I want? Where to buy? How about this mob? I cannot think of any product and that includes the likes of Ceasarstone which can be used in bathrooms that doesn't need something behind it which is where the waterproofing between the wall and floor junction is done. 0 10971 Hello - we were hoping to apply laminate click lock panels to our concrete ceiling, but not too sure how to go about attaching the panels to the concrete.
