This is the PGH/Austral bricks with rawson homes Townhouse, Summervilla, Foundations and Desert - LUXURY Elements, Botanicals, Coastal Hamptons and Dark and Stormy Everyday Life, Whitsunday and Wilderness Off White PRESTIGE Highlands, Botanicals , Coastal Hamptons, Alfresco, Spinifex and Velour The Avenue, Urbane One, and Metropolis Do they allow you to choose outside the range? As we like the PGH Manhattan Trebica recycled brick appearance to be paired with monument gray painted cladding. I can’t squeezed out info from local office here as the usual their reply is to wait until the plan presentation. Thanks heaps! Rawson (like most builders) have a standard range of bricks for which the cost is included in the house base price. You can select any other bricks from PGH or Austral, but at additional cost. Rawson/PGH/Austral make this easy... if you visit a PGH or Austral display centre, tell them in the office you're a Rawson customer and ask for the brick upgrade price list. This list will give you an estimate of what each of the bricks will cost you. Depending on the size of your house the exact price for your selected brick will differ slightly from the upgrade list, but it will be close enough to help you decide. For us, we would have liked the Bowral Blue or Mowbray Blue however the upgrade price list indicated these would cost us more than $20,000 for the upgrade, which in our view wasn't good value for money. In the end we selected a brick called Maddox which is from The Avenue range by Daniel Robertson (a company owned by Austral) and was only a $1,000 upgrade. Thanks! That helps a lot! You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14397 Just started the Build process for Chifley 42 with Rawson homes, will keep you all posted with the Build progress. 0 3304 Hi, Apologies - I know there is plenty out there on this but struggling to put together the puzzle.
