(last plan) buy a completely vacant block and get approval for a house to be able to put shed there as council requires you to get house approval and have a house there before you can put shed up and then see how much it would cost to build to lockup stage and get the shed sorted and then slowly finish house. all options would need to have at least a 1200m2 block would local council allow a secondhand transportable house and also secondhand shed on a block if you were to get approval for them if they're structurally ok just needing lots work. minimum is 10% for a deposit but obviously if you can come up with 20% or more for a deposit itd be better and theres much more hope. thanks for any help and answers started drawing up a few house plans that have got in mind just to have a think about and the one that will go with depends on the block and what will fit Re: building house and sheds 2Mar 04, 2021 1:52 pm Would you also get first home owners grant and builders grant and what’s conditions of them Hi I am wanting some opinions about the build of a steel shed I am going to get one about 4.5 x 2.5 m steel shed and the height will be about 2.3-2.4m high The one I am… 0 14442 Hi All It has been a few weeks since my last update.
