Recently thinking about buying land to build our home on.
Have done a fair bit of research on site cost should the build is on a sloped block, etc.
So far I think I'm quite happy with the location of the recent release in Highton.
From the limited satellite photos on the land agent website it does look a bit hilly in the area, however I'm hoping for some experts on the forum to eye over it

I understand cost varies but just want some general pointers - is it going to be a big struggle to build on these lands?
