Just wondering like others have said why you don't move the laundry and save the extra corridor and even lengthen your kitchen out as there is a big gap from kitchen to fridge? And give a tiny bit more depth to your living area. Tried to show you what I mean...hope its visible. Now there is a fairly big blank space where your extra linen was which could be a store room, powder room mud room???
