However, as you increase the spans then Steel beams and posts may be your only option. I'm in the same situation for the custom design of my shack. My advice is to simply define what your requirements are and leave it to the (Structural) Engineer to design the most appropriate solution for your particular requirements. Here Need inspiration for a sun shade? Nice 3D Artistic Bim Model.. but imo It lacks Structural BIM Integrity. Care to share the structural Framework, ie, timber, steel, concrete, costs, etc ? Most battlers and punters are tired of seeing House renderings which wind up costing them an arm and a leg Once the upgrades, variations, engineering and 2nd Stage Quantities are completed. Cheers Chris 100% on the money! I’m only a Chippy but when we have to work off these overly simplified images, it almost always breaks a few hearts! I call it the 3D/tech shock lol Hi I am wanting some opinions about the build of a steel shed I am going to get one about 4.5 x 2.5 m steel shed and the height will be about 2.3-2.4m high The one I am… 0 14442 You’re on the right track, wire brush in a grinder then a zinc rich epoxy primer then a top coat of some sort, like a waterproofing membrane. Raising the concrete would… 1 7031 This is 100% true. You can not hang anything on steel frames. very frustrating 8 8021 |
