I'm surprised your PCA hasn't listed that as one of the requirements needed for your CC rather than the council ( unless you are using them as the PCA that is ). I have found them alright but they are not very customer focused. It was the HIA one that I have used before but I thought it may be available electronically now, since everything has to be submitted electronically. It is OK as a specification but it is by no means comprehensive. Stewie Thanks. I was still having trouble getting it from HIA as their website kept sending me around in circles and they didn't return calls, but another friend suggested I try the Master Builders Association and they let me order it on line no problem.
