You might consider seeking legal advice. We did. They were made to return gates. And shelves they removed from wall in kitchen. Also they took storage cupboards from both bathrooms. We didn’t realise they were not “fixed” items and unfortunately wording on contract allowed them to take. Apart from that the cost of chasing was outweighing the benefit of return. The point of the post is highlighting the absolute second rate workmanship this guy did. But hid well enough to make it look good on the outside.
