Couple more weeks I'm guessing till PCI, then a little more time after that to fix anything that is found in the inspection. We always had a date in our heads of around January/February so we will just stick to that time frame. We aren't in any rush as we don't have a mortgage or pay rent currently so it's not a massive deal.
