My land is 560m2. do you know how big the house can I build? under CDC guidelines for your lot size its 25% of your site area plus 150sqm which equals 290sqm. but you get a credit for a number of things like one car space, stair voids, alfresco areas and external walls so you can possibly get another 30-40sqm as Alex said cheers Simeon Simeon McGovern Affordable Custom Homes, We design and build to your budget Ashington Homes www.ashingtonhomes.com.au Re: Total sqm of house (Sydney) 6Nov 02, 2020 4:38 pm https://mybuildingcertifier.com.au/form ... opment.pdf
Maximum Floor Area Dwellings is 330 sqm for 451-600 sqm blocks (maximum site cover is 50% BTW) Re: Total sqm of house (Sydney) 8Nov 02, 2020 4:57 pm alexp79 gogo65 Where on earth did you pull that figure from Alexp? E.g. in Hornsby they still won't allow you to build more than 330 sqm on less than 600 sqm block, but will easily allow e.g. in Randwick. Re: Total sqm of house (Sydney) 13Nov 24, 2020 3:56 pm Further to your comment above alexp79, in our Northern beaches council area we are allowed a 60/40 hard surface to landscaped ratio. This means roofed areas, paths, timber decks and concrete driveways combined for a total of 60% of your site maximum. Stewie Hi, This is my first post.
