Building a new home

Hi, can anyone know or recommend a list of builders that can build in a 16x16 lot? Thanks!

Probably need to provide a little more detail, such as location, number of bedrooms and budget etc.
I can find a builder in every city in Australia that could build a home for 200k or 2million...

Location would be in Melton, Atherstone. We are currently looking at Burbank to build with 4bedrooms 2bathrooms, 2garage but we’d like to widen our options. Our budget is $250-$300.

We had a looked at Hamilton Property Groups 16x16 house plan and it ticked off everything except that they don’t communicate well with their customers and reviews are not so good either.
