Chris above was right. The plumber hadn’t gone deep enough. So the water used to make its way to the lowest point and make it into the basement. We had to redo the agi drain going about 10 feet deep. That solved the issue. Costed us quite a bit but it has been 2 years and issue is resolved. I agree with Althom but there also may be a problem with the terra cotta stormwater pipe discharging water in that areas as well.
