The land did not appreciate but the house did, for which, we are thankful. It keeps getting better. I hope they continue to live up to what they promised during the build. In the current environment, as long as there is no drop in value, it's good enough in my opinion. Which suburb are you building in? I think that True Value homes offerred more. I have compared them to 3 more builders by asking for a quote and no one could beat their offer, even a chinese builder.
