Just over 50 sqm from memory. 8 x 6.5? I agree with the meter going as close to front fence/footpath as possible. Easier to hid behind a plant/tree. The builder has got back to me and said they will move it a max of 3.5 metres forward at their expense, any more and I have to foot the bill. I don't see why I am paying for any of it, not my stuff up. As far as services go, the three big ones Sewer Gas Power The top two have both needed to be moved. First one cost us well over 20k. Certainly not paying to move the gas. And the power pit was already there from previous owner. Hope they get the water right! https://thomasarcherbuild.blogspot.com/p/blog-page.html - Thomas Archer Homes - Custom Nouveau 41 Re: Thomas Archer Bayside Build 155Sep 22, 2020 4:51 pm Door is on and stained.
