I have recently decided to build in the new suburb in Canberra and am choosing custom building using an architect. I'm a first time home builder and have read a whole bunch of forums with a heap of useful advice, so would appreciate it if you could provide any of your thoughts on the below. I read a planning guide on house orientation and the attached layout… 0 365 Versaloc is a mortarless besser block system that still needs a properly engineered footing. If you just do a 400x200 footing it will fail in time. At 17m long you need it… 1 18887 |
