I’ll try and get one tomorrow but it’s at my mums place. The ceiling is gyprock and they’ve used the ceiling tape at the joins. The ceiling was painted originally but when it began to sag and was re-fixed into place it was patched with some kind of patching compound. Cracks between gyprock sheets are usually putty using a special mesh that serves as a reinforcement function. I think there is no need to invent something new here.
