Just curious how much other people set their provisional allowances to in their building contracts?
Our latest tender has $6,000 PA ($3K kitchen, 2K tiling, 1K electrical).
My first impression is this is very much on the low side and am thinking of pumping these up quite substantially.
So just curious what others did so i can make sure we are in the right ballpark.
We will likely be upgrading our flooring to some form of wood look tile so pretty sure 2K wont get near to covering that.
