That’s shocking and you paid a fortune for your landscaping. I don’t know how it would be so hard to fix cracks Re: My KDR Metricon Hampshire - Liberty - 45 Melb 2150Aug 17, 2020 11:40 pm Bitumen paint just isn’t adequate. Have seen retaining walls where the texture coat blisters quite bad. Corflute sheets, membranes and/or waterproofing systems are what’s required. Unfortunately crack repair is not just smearing new render on. Render probably has to come off, cracks addressed/repaired or solutions found and then new texture applied corner to corner or the whole lot. Thanks for the response Vetmusic. Can I ask what information you found about Teka and Inalto? Glad to hear your choice is working out well. Is the inAlto oven a self-cleaning model? We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37143 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19108 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes.
