It will stain and in my case it didn't come out after the cleaning. Is it not builders responsibility to clean the house before handover? When I say clean which means complete clean including floor, brick and wall for any stains. They also clean the external windows ans ended up scratching so many of them that I got them to replaced the glass panels in the windows.
