We have the Albany Cream for the patio and leaning towards the Albany White for the bathroom and en-suite . Would love to use Charcoal profiled cabinetry in these rooms. Still have a few more days before i need to decide Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I said after the 1st build “ never again “ & now im on my 3rd Re: Third time's a charm ( our 3rd build @ Bingara Gorge ) 34Aug 27, 2020 9:34 am Went and did our internal selections earlier this week @ the south coast My Choice Studio in Oak Flats... it was a long and exhausting day considering we knew pretty much what we wanted. Hi ErinD, Greenbridge East is where you would want to be... the blocks are larger, there is less restrictions ( solor hot water requirements in fairways etc ) and you won’t have to worry about the traffic when they do open it up from the hume hwy Get onto the Greenbridge East fb page as i know a few people that are selling up due to the long wait everyone experienced for registration. You may grab yourself a bargain I said after the 1st build “ never again “ & now im on my 3rd Re: Third time's a charm ( our 3rd build @ Bingara Gorge ) 37Sep 10, 2020 8:31 pm Received our landscape plan for the developer and council... not really sure If this is the best layout for a 3 car garage with a maximum 5m crossover. The 3rd garage will be used to store my weekend car so maybe i will move the access over towards the double Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I said after the 1st build “ never again “ & now im on my 3rd Re: Third time's a charm ( our 3rd build @ Bingara Gorge ) 38Sep 11, 2020 12:02 am Greenbridge East father’s day 2020.... still pretty empty up here besides a couple of lots that have slabs down. Spent a little more then expected but that seems to be a common occurrence so it didn’t come as a surprise lolol I haven’t actually looked at how many clipsal led downlights we have but I reckon the count is around 80 Quite a few 2 way switches Few data points around the home, extra power points and a horizontal x3 USB charger in the study I had the NTD moved from the default location of the garage to the study They didn’t have a good selection of bathroom 3in1’s so i just went with the ducted exhaust fan option and will look at upgrades after handover Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I said after the 1st build “ never again “ & now im on my 3rd Re: Third time's a charm ( our 3rd build @ Bingara Gorge ) 40Sep 14, 2020 8:15 pm Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ I said after the 1st build “ never again “ & now im on my 3rd 9 24795 So it looks like we finally have some movement on site!
