Yes most certainly. 2. Are the heat lamps effective? No, not really. If you have the heat lamps on without the fan then you'll get the effect but that's not recommended so any heat generated by the lamps generally goes straight out through the exhaust. We did initially use the heat lamps to warm the bathroom without the fan being on - until I noticed that the plastic close to the lamps was scorching and melting. We now have a wall mounted ceramic heater fitted. 3. Is the single light globe in the middle of the 3 in 1 sufficient for bathroom lighting? No, you'll need additional lighting above your vanity.
