Generally, the inclusions for smaller builders seem to be better, hence the initial quoted price seems higher (based on my limited experience). You can lways give them a quick ring and ask how many homes they build a year. That would probably give you an idea too. But after following over a thousand builds on insta I would definitely look first to King and Betterbuilt. Of the builders recommended by Graham, I think provincial and Kaplan are pretty good (followed a few builds), first style gets average reviews, Fowler are known to take a long time to build. Personally I went to Ansa and the first two times they were closed, the. When I went out again I just didn’t like the salesperson at All, that’s enough for me not to go back. Haven’t heard of Kastelan, ellingsworth or Birdy. Lily have been around for a while, coral is probably low end of the market and not small. Good luck deciding.
