We are renting due to the scale of works ( the house is unliveable). When COVID-19 hit he stopped work and he stated that his tradesmen didn’t want to work until they understood what was happening. Work resumed at a very slow pace and he has completed many other jobs ( as seen on his instagram posts). The original completion date passed just after the first lockdown lifted, we then agreed on a new date to compensate for the lockdown.
