Now my neighbour start fencing on my retaining wall before we start building.?? If we fencing on boundary line I have enough space for veggie patch in between my retaining wall and fence. He didnt give me any notice regarding this. Is it allowed by neighbour to do this. I dont know my neighbour so to whom I contact to rectify these things. Kindly advise me.
