We are planing the renovation on the the rendered brick house sitting on the blue stone foundation. The wall and floor was moulded due to the poor ventilation, the house had been surrounded by the concrete veranda On one side and Block the subfloor vents. The current vents sits on the floor levels, also The other side path got no storm water drains. It just bring in more moisture to the house, what is best option to improve the ventilation? What about the ventilation fans? Install the drain along the side? Any suggestions?
Cheers,
Gary
