We went through CBA and they weren't interested in doing a final inspection, just wanted the occupancy certificate and proof of insurance. They still managed to turn the simple task of picking up a pre-arranged cheque from our local branch into a major stressful experience. Couldn't organise a you-know-what in a brothel. And I say that from the well-informed viewpoint of having worked for them for 20 years. Not that any of the others are any different. Luck of the draw - you might get a whole series of helpful and competent people handling your transaction.
