Mitchetto Hi Juneberries, We were actually looking at this lot ourselves, although it didn’t end up fitting our desired design (14m width required), but this is a decent block in the area for a 12.5m width design. The E-4 will be referenced in the plan of subdivision in the signed contract of sale you have. It just means it is the 4th listed easement in the plan of sub. There will be like a legend that says E-1 is easement for drainage, E-2 is easement for sewer stack, E-3 is a different easement for drainage and so on. Also, from looking into blocks over the last couple months, my understanding is that usually sloping down from the back works to be more cost efficient than sloping down from the front, but it really can still depend on the angles etc. Hope that helps!
