Below is the selection for my new home any comments, suggestions and feedback will be appreciated.

Roof tiles: Sambuca
Gutter: Ebony (equivalent to night sky)
Facia: colourbond Nightsky
Down pipes: Night sky
Bricks: PGH Dark and Stormy (Thunder)
Garage Door: Colourbond (Caoba)
Front door: Rosewood Veneer
Window frames: Matt Black

Hi, I have built several houses now. I have found although dark colours look good they also retain alot of heat. Take your time choosing, go look around they neighborhood or new estates and check them out.

Lovely choices. The only things I would consider to break up the darkness would be, Brighton Lite Mortar and Surfmist Facia to match the Surfmist eaves?

Visualisers are also a great tool, you should be able to replicate most of those products.

When using dark roof colours make sure TV antennas or foxtel is hung of the side of the house so it doesn't sit on roof as Birds make a real mess.

Upgrade to next level roof insulation to combat the extra heat and make sure Whirlys are used
