I did a quick check of the gyprock lining and many corners are not close to 90 degrees. Pick below external corner is out 20mm over 400mm. Is this acceptable? The only reference I've found is from a 2002 NSW Joint select committee on the quality of buildings that notes a complaint that it is not specified. Time enough for 2 revisions by Standards Australia and plenty by the BCA. I think is it a defect 100%, even if it is not the tolerance get the builder to show you on the plan where it is 20mm out...
