Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Domaine homes by clerondon 111Apr 28, 2020 7:15 am Hi, We are looking at building Nevada 25 in the Hunter region. Read through this forum and the response for Domaine seems to be pretty positive. Can anyone else who has finished their builds share their experience? We are not too familiar with the entire process as this would be our first home. Where could we cut corners in terms of cost savings? Doing stuff ourself? Is the Rinnai ducted air con they're installing any good? Re: Domaine homes by clerondon 112Apr 28, 2020 7:47 am Jacobbby Hi, We are looking at building Nevada 25 in the Hunter region. We are just getting the ducting done by them and will install the aircon later by ourselves as the one they are providing was not good enough for us as you can’t run ground floor and first floor at the same time. Hi df21, Thanks for your reply We are looking at building a Nevada 25 so first floor wouldn't be an issue for us. I'm assuming this would still include the same 14.7kw system so therefore would be enough for a single storey home?
