Hi Ratna, I have built with Qove Pty Ltd ( AKA Qove Constructions, Qove Homes, Qove Property Group) and it has been a nightmare. It has taken 3 years to reach practical completion.The company is so unethical, I have know choice but to take them to the tribunal. STAY CLEAR!! The sales person Sam Ahmed assured us that land wil register by last dec .but till now after 8 months the land is stil not registered. So if u are signing contract make sure u have everything written. Only sign the contract once u have finalise everything or else they wil charge u for everything. They trap with dreamy sales pitch for home and land construction. Than the are you to sign the contract as soon as possible. Once you sign the contract, you are completely under their control. Suggestion - There is no harm to get a quote from them BUT DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT unless you have done due diligence and the contract is thoroughly (specially Annexure - Special Conditions) I had an old shower unit that broke on me and when I took it off, there were only 2 water pipes, instead of the normal 2 water pipes and a shower head pipe.
