Withers On The Park

Hi ,

In North kellyville , there is a small venture called Withers On the park , did any one in this forum bought land (or) house & loan package over there .

I thought of connecting to neighbors and be in touch .

The registration is delayed and not sure due to COVID , will there be any effects on bank valuations , bank approvals . Did any one know what could be the impact ?

Are there any government laws to protect people who are in contract during this crisis period . I heard there are some rules protecting renters , or there any rules like similar protecting buyers in this crisis and unprecedented times if there are too much financial effect on settlements ?

can any one throw some light.

Is there any one bought land in this estate . I am wondering we can form a group or chat about progress , current impacts ..etc
