They make most of the products used in the house themselves. Unfortunately aluminium profiles change from time to time. Does the display home have the same size (height) windows as your house? Usually commercial frames are a chunkier looking frame so maybe they have had supply issues with the domestic extrusion and you have been upgraded to the semi-commercial or commercial frame.
