Who did you speak with? Hey In my opinion, it's best to speak to council, not New Breeze. I feel council knows more and they will be the one generally enforcing rules, not the developer. Get the name of the person you spoke to so you have a record. Also, all the houses very close to us are all colour-bond. When I spoke to council, she said pretty much word for word "It says timber, but, colour-bond is fine too". I definitely don't want you to get in trouble for anything, so you do what you think is best of course! I found the email trail with me getting the $1,000 back, before house completion. My conveyancer contacted them and ask for the $1,000. That might be your best bet, getting them to contact the lady below, not you directly contacting them.
