To completely open it, could this be achieved with a wall of bifolds? That's proabaly the most cost effective way... someone suggested this in another thread, not my idea! Can you get sound proof bi-folds? After 2 false starts, a year living overseas, two more world trips and 3 years of uncertainty we are now starting the build process again - hopefully for real this time! Re: Sliding walls for HT 6Mar 19, 2009 5:58 am At work we have collapsable walls.. work really well and cut out the sound really well... basically like bi fold doors that keep folding back into each other.. when the wall is up you turn a key device thing to lock the wall in place, this also pushes rubber things up to the ceiling and floor to secure any gaps making it quite sound proof.
