We want downlight for the entire ground floor. I understand we have to get ACH to do but upstairs can be done by our own electrician, who is much cheaper. I had 60 plus power pts a, lan ports , down lights through and through , came less than $20k .. It’s not a lot but all adds up in the end . After your sign the contract (but not yet start the construction as DA not yet submitted), there is no credit back for any variation.
