Browse Forums Building A New House Re: 3 or 4 bedrooms in new house? 9Feb 13, 2020 7:02 pm Hi, we are building 32sq double storey on 375sqm. Like u, we were worried of area/ future valuation , lots of intergeneration families here, and not too sure will be forever home. We ended up with 4 bed (2 masters) with clever design, a future allowance for a 5th bedroom, will be used as a parents retreat atm. Something you could consider future 4th bed with minor changes. happy plan hunting. Re: 3 or 4 bedrooms in new house? 10Feb 14, 2020 8:56 am HaminZa Hi, we are building 32sq double storey on 375sqm.
