Impossible to get in contact with. Nightmare to deal with. I am very disappointed in thier after build service. So many issues that they needed to fix and sent one person to do half assed efforts to fix. Re: Homezone - Perth Midora Bay build 37Oct 29, 2021 11:58 pm Welcome to our nightmare. Have you found out more. You know its now closed, I believe martyn lost his license. Get pn the * builders Fb site. There is a lot of info about him there. Re: Homezone - Perth Midora Bay build 38Nov 23, 2021 6:09 pm Unfortunately Martyn is the guy you see 'A current Affair' chasing down the road. The parent company Complete will not help either, totally disassociated itself. I believe there are a lot of familys who have the same nightmare. I would like to add that RAC have been magnificent through this. They repaired the balcony roof when it fell down that Martyns contractors poorly constructed. The RAC are repairing the ceiling all through the bottom floor and walls. But I need to get the cracks in the outer second story walls fixed. And the drain pipes fixed so water stops coming into the house.so I am out of pocket. If Martyn had some class he would of fixed it. Homezone and martyn would never answer the phonecalls or answer texts or the many many emails I sent Just adding that I believe Martyn is still operating as a builder. An assessor has told me stories that he gets into physical fights with customers trying to get Thier money back or to get him to repair his poor work. It has cost us a lot of money to repair the damage from the poor workmanship. Everything was done on the cheap even the wiring. Please keep away from homezone and Martyn. Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 8 17190 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 12983 1 10973 |
