Hi Skutip, I was going to ask same question 2 weeks ago. I could not find it anywhere too. I asked my SS and he just said he comes standard with the bathroom and will be the last to be installed.

One of my pet peeves is having a lightswitch outside the bathroom and had mentioned this is in electrical appoint. I didn’t pick it up until after handover but they put the bathroom switch outside The door. Spoke to my SS he said because Of the design of the bathroom it had to although this wasn’t communicated to me and had signed off for it to be inside. Apparently the code is 1m from shower, 1m from bath, 60 cm from basin. We have a similar issue with the downlights in our en-suite. There is a downlight in our shower (as per plan and as displayed) but this is against code. The electrician has placed it just at the shower door. So not only did it not get picked up at the electrical consult, it’s shown against code in the display home. We’re not all that happy about it but have to accept it. Hoping it won’t be too dark in our shower, we had a downlight in our last shower but our shower head was not in the ceiling. This is the as displayed en-suite. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 15372Dec 10, 2019 12:57 pm Manhattan52 M4bath Manhattan52 Had my PCI today and handover next Friday. Still a bit of landscape to do but all on track. We had a last minute issue Monday but got rectified fairly quickly. It sounds silly but the saddest thing about today was realising I won’t be bugging my SS anymore about the most random things! What a great milestone! Are you getting the final OC and able to move in before landscape completes? How often were you in contact with your SS? Our SS manages about 13 houses (I think) so he is very busy. All landscape will be complete before handover and will be getting final OC. I live literally around the corner from my site so would see my SS weekly at least and would talk to him every few days depends. For example brick stage I didn’t speak to him much etc depends on what was happening @Manhattan52. Very excited for you! Look forward to pictures. We would have loved a similar experience of getting the kind of response every few days. We had some issues in terms of communication from the SS. After we complained, it had been better for a short while. Now we are back to no or little communication. Pretty disappointed. We are still waiting on response for our inspection report which we sent late last month a few weeks ago. Some items were previously raised in the report which were picked up again in the latest report. What are people's response times around time frames for getting things fixed to standards after the inspection reports? I noticed on some of the historical homepages, that people are putting up exact dates of when and what was achieved each day of the week. We do not get that level of detail or experience. Thanks again Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 15375Dec 10, 2019 6:20 pm Hi everyone, We have just finished in canvas quarter (Yay!!) And finally have our council approval. We know we have missed cut off for slab to be laid this year so will be waiting for feb next year... We have an issue 😓 our next door neighhour is at exactly the same point and we fear that they will lay their slab first and hold us up with their scaffolding (we are both double storey). Has anyone been in a similar position? We are currently waiting on a temp fencing cost from Wisdom. Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 15376Dec 10, 2019 6:50 pm I had a call from Wisdom today. That was quick. I hope everything will be OK. Will keep you guys updated. M4bath Manhattan52 Had my PCI today and handover next Friday. Still a bit of landscape to do but all on track. Will keep an eye out for it when the time comes. Looks like you have already moved in? How are you enjoying the new house? Re: Building with Wisdom Homes 15378Dec 10, 2019 9:54 pm Looks like we are getting some post back here again, that's nice to see. Ambassador36 - Congrats on getting the CQ variation finished and DA approved. Hope you didn't have any surprises from the council. Yara - That was fast with Wisdom giving you a call. To be honest we had a bit of a speed bump with our SS but we've worked it out, thankfully. Back on track with the updates and progress. Our second Houspect report had an "extensive list" which was a worry at first but we focused on potentially impacting structural defects vs cosmetic issues. The good news is Houspect seems to re-check previous issues at the next inspection which is reassuring. SejaeD - Can I have the contact of your joiner as well?
