That will save a little but of money, but you'll end up paying roughly $1500sqm give or take depending on builder and quality of finish. Could be as low as like $1200 and as high as you could possibly imagine. I just based the 4x2 price based on a house size around the ~175sqm as that was what my sales consultant showed me someone had paid in the same estate.
