The final coat of paint and last bit of carpentry work will be completed this week. Only major work left after that is the main floor tiling and carpeting. The week after Wisdom will install the pool (8.5m x 3m fiberglass). Even if they can't finish by Christmas, it's not too much to expect them to finish soon after right? Hi Funk52, few of us are in similar situation. WH don’t want to commit to an estimated handover time. My SS only told me recently it might be end of January/ first week February. There is a 3 weeks close down which will slow every down in the new year I guess.
