You have essentially what is known as a battle-axe lot. You are relying on the driveway past your two neighbouring houses to get to your house (that's the handle of the battle-axe). Some guidelines would say that you actually have 3 side boundaries and 1 rear boundary (which kinds sounds confusing in itself), but that basically means that you do not need to be level with the neighbour's house. You do need to be set back a bit from the 43m boundary though.
