You can find them on the Hills District Website under the ‘Development Control Plan’. Essentially, the design will have to have some street appeal to both intersecting streets. E.g. you can’t have a 30m fence along one side. This is standard in most new housing developments. Your other hidden cost would be not being able to share fencing costs. That being said, one of my neighbours refused to pay costs so we got stung for their costs too. And we weren’t a corner block!
